Structured Support Based on Your Needs
At Reclaim & Rise Therapy Collective, we offer multiple levels of care to meet individuals where they are — whether stepping into recovery for the first time, rebuilding after relapse, or fulfilling court requirements.
Our program levels are designed to provide increasing structure, accountability, and measurable progress while maintaining dignity, choice, and respect.
1.
Level 1: Individual Outpatient Therapy
For stabilization, insight, and skill development

1 session per week (30–60 minutes)
CBT, trauma-informed, strength-based approaches
Anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use support
Relapse prevention planning
