A program design with you in mind

Indvidual
Individual therapy provides personalized, goal-focused support for anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction recovery, and major life transitions. Treatment is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with a clear plan for progress and skill development. We integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing to support emotional regulation and lasting growth.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, multi-session-per-week care for individuals needing higher levels of support. IOP integrates relapse prevention, emotional regulation skills, cognitive restructuring, and recovery planning. Programs may meet court or probation requirements and include documented attendance and progress reporting when appropriate.
This level of care is designed to provide stability while allowing individuals to continue living at home and maintaining work or family responsibilities.

Prime for Life
Prime for Life is an evidence-based, court-approved substance use education program focused on risk reduction and informed decision-making. The curriculum helps participants understand the impact of alcohol and drug use, identify patterns, and develop strategies for long-term behavior change.
Completion documentation is provided when required by legal systems. Prime for Life may be completed as a stand-alone service or integrated into broader recovery programming.
5.
Anger Management
Anger Management is a structured, skill-based program addressing impulse control, emotional regulation, and communication patterns. Participants learn to identify triggers, understand escalation cycles, and implement healthier response strategies.
The program emphasizes accountability without shame and measurable behavioral change. Documentation is available for court-referred clients when required.

Family Therapy
Addiction and mental health challenges impact the entire family system. Substance use can alter communication, trust, and emotional safety, often leaving family members feeling confused, hurt, or overwhelmed.
Family therapy provides structured support to rebuild communication, restore boundaries, and process relational impact. Our focus is on education, skill-building, and strengthening the family unit to support long-term recovery and stability.

Womens Trauma Group

Women’s Healing Groups
Women’s Healing Groups offer structured, trauma-informed support for women navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, caregiving stress, and identity rebuilding. Groups focus on boundaries, self-worth, emotional regulation, and resilience-building.
Participants gain practical tools that promote stability, confidence, and sustainable personal growth.

Womens Trauma Group
Trauma therapy addresses PTSD, complex trauma, and stress-related symptoms that impact daily functioning. EMDR may be utilized when clinically appropriate to support trauma processing and symptom reduction.
Treatment is collaborative and paced to ensure safety, stabilization, and measurable improvement.

Support Groups (In Partnership with Cerenity Recovery Café)
We offer structured recovery and mental health support groups in partnership with Cerenity Recovery Café. These groups emphasize accountability, connection, and practical tools for sustained recovery.
Support groups may complement individual therapy or serve as ongoing community-based support.

Couples
Couples therapy provides structured support for partners seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. We work collaboratively to identify patterns, reduce conflict, and develop practical tools for healthier interaction. Sessions focus on accountability, emotional regulation, and rebuilding stability within the relationship. Whether addressing betrayal, stress, parenting challenges, or life transitions, our goal is measurable progress and sustainable change.
