What comes next?
Getting started with therapy at Rise & Reclaim is simple and
designed to make the process as smooth as possible. Begin by
clicking “Get Started” and submitting your contact informa
tion. Within 24 hours, you will receive an email inviting you to
create a password for your secure client portal, where you will
complete your intake paperwork. While it may seem like a lot
of forms upfront, completing them ahead of time allows your
intake appointment to be more focused and efficient. It gives
your provider a helpful overview of your needs, concerns, and
goals so your time together can be meaningful from the very
first session. After your paperwork is submitted, a member of
our team will reach out to schedule your appointment. In most
cases, once you are registered, you will also have the option to
schedule appointments directly through your portal. Either
way, we are here to guide and support you every step of the
way.

Completing your paperwork ahead of time helps make your intake
appointment more efficient and meaningful. It allows your intake
provider to review a brief summary of your needs, concerns, and
goals so your time with the therapist can be more focused and

Schedule Your Appointment
Once your paperwork is submitted, someone from our team will contact you to schedule your first appointment. In most cases, once you are registered, you will also have the option to schedule appointments directly through your portal. Either way, we will make sure you are supported through the process.
