ABOUT RECLAIM & RISE THERAPY COLLECTIVE

Reclaim & Rise Therapy Collective was built on a simple belief:
People are not broken — they are capable of growth when given structure, safety, and clear direction.

We provide trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health services for individuals navigating addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Our work serves adolescents 13+, adults, families, veterans, caregivers, and justice-involved individuals throughout Anderson and Madison County, Indiana.

Healing here is not passive conversation. It is structured support that builds measurable change.

Our Approach

Our work is grounded in client-centered therapy, which means you are respected as capable, responsible, and able to grow. We do not rush, shame, or “fix.” Instead, we collaborate with you to understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and create sustainable change.

We integrate evidence-based modalities including:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• EMDR (when appropriate)
• Motivational Interviewing
• DBT-informed emotional regulation skills
• Strength-based and trauma-informed practices
• Matrix Model principles
• Prime for Life education

Treatment plans are individualized and structured, focusing on stability first, clear direction, and lasting strength.

Who We Serve

We work with individuals who are:

• Navigating addiction and recovery
• Managing anxiety or depression
• Healing from trauma
• Court-referred or probation-required
• Veterans, caregivers, and first responders
• Experiencing relationship or family stress
• Seeking structured accountability and measurable growth

We serve both voluntary clients and those involved with court systems, providing professional documentation when required.

Meet the Clinicians

Shametrius Bradley, LCSW

Shametrius is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction recovery, and identity challenges. In her role with Reclaim & Rise, she serves as the Clinical Supervisor, overseeing treatment and supporting quality clinical care.

Meet the Clinicians

Tamra Rigdon, LSW, LAC

Tamra is a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor with extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating substance use, trauma, and mental health challenges.

Her professional path was shaped by personal experience as a military caregiver at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where she witnessed firsthand the impact of trauma and the power of skilled, empathetic support. She has since worked in community organizations, nonprofit settings, and private practice, specializing in addiction recovery, IOP services, Prime for Life education, anger management, and structured behavioral programs.

Tamra’s style is warm, direct, and practical — focused on clarity, accountability, and skill-building that leads to long-term stability.

🐾 Meet Izzy

Izzy is Tamra’s emotional support dog and service dog in training, learning to assist with medication reminders and early alerts.

In the office, Izzy brings a grounding presence that many clients find comforting—especially during hard conversations. She also has a little personality we love: what we call her “growl talk,” an expressive way of communicating (not aggression—just Izzy).

Izzy’s presence is always optional. If you prefer a pet-free session, just let us know.

What Makes Us Different

We believe:

• Accountability builds strength — shame does not.
• Recovery is structured, not accidental.
• Emotional regulation can be learned.
• Growth happens when safety is established.
• You are not your worst decisions.

Clients often say they feel:

• Respected
• Not judged
• Not rushed
• Given choices
• Supported without pressure

Our goal is for you to leave each session with clarity — not confusion.
