Intensive Outpatient Program
A structured, multi-session-per-week program designed for individuals needing more intensive support for substance use and mental health stabilization. Our IOP integrates evidence-based curriculum, relapse prevention, emotional regulation skills, and documented progress for court or probation requirements when applicable.

Support Groups
Peer-supported recovery and mental health community programming designed to reduce isolation and strengthen accountability. These groups emphasize connection, structure, and practical tools for sustained recovery.

Prime for Life
Court-approved and evidence-based substance use education designed to increase awareness, reduce risk, and support informed decision-making. Prime for Life meets many legal and probation requirements and provides structured documentation of participation.enever they have problems.

Trauma
Specialized trauma-informed therapy addressing PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and stress-related symptoms. EMDR and other evidence-based modalities are used when clinically appropriate to support nervous system stabilization and trauma processing.

Anger Management
A structured, skill-based program focused on emotional regulation, impulse control, accountability, and conflict resolution. Designed for court referrals or personal growth, this program addresses underlying triggers, stress responses, and communication patterns.

Shametrius is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction recovery, and identity challenges. In her role with Reclaim & Rise, she serves as the Clinical Supervisor, overseeing treatment and supporting quality clinical care.
